Description

The north and south left hand turn lanes on Seminole Blvd do not let cars that are trying to take left turns onto 70th Ave N to yield to oncoming traffic and then take their turn. Instead the light forces Left hand turners to sit and wait often for several minuets, (even when there is no oncoming traffic) before giving left turning cars the green left turn arrow. I believe that the light would flow better if left hand turners where allowed to make their turn, as long as they yield to oncoming traffic.
