This is one side of rental duplex that seems to have 6-8 vehicles parked in front of this one duplex am/pm This property was sold to the current property owner with the understanding it was to be tied into the city water and septic due to the overflow septic tanks with the crowded duplex conditions back them,please look into that as the same situation seems to have come up again with the current tenants and our neighborhood is a nice neighborhood other then a few of these rental duplexes.
