City lampposts / park lights in Jefferson Park are blocked by tree limbs creating much opportunity for crimes in the evening. Street light at end of Princess Anne St right next to playground has not worked in months. Criminals park their cars on end of street in the dark to have sex in their cars, gather for drug purchasing transactions and pass out on benches and lawn in Jefferson Park. Walking as a family with our friends in the evening on the streets or sidewalks is dangerous around Jeff Park because of criminals capitalizing on park darkness and tree branches blocking park lights. Please trim the tree limbs near park lights and have police clear criminals loitering in their cars after sunset since they do not live here. They come here to engage in criminal behaviors putting all of us at great risk, leave their trash on streets, alcoholic containers and drug Paraphanelia. We actually saw a couple having sex in their car under broken street light while our children were with us. It is disgusting to see them having sex in their cars and passed out on drugs and alcohol on our neighborhood parks and street curbs. Keep our parks safe and closed after sunset
