Your excellent CRO (Community Resource Officer) Kito Yslava (kyslava@oaklandnet.com) would be good to contact for these possibly dumped cars; he could "run" the plate # for you, and to tell you if it's been reported stolen; and/or having been used in a crime, before being left in your n'hood. If not, him contacting Vehicle Services will result in faster removal than SCF reports! :-)
