It's getting worse.

It looks awful. However nothing compares to the BART station at Powell near the 4th street exit. Two evenings ago their was feces, urine, vomit, two half naked guys lying on the ground with at least 8 others lying all over the floors. The smell was so bad that it took your breath away. The city and it's leaders are not serious about solving this problem thats clear. 250 million dollars a year cannot seem to do it. Sad.

Anyone taking care of this? Situation unchanged.
