Hi, some city workers are at our property this morning cutting down grass in the tree boxes that had grown tall. Is it possible to find out whether we will be fined or charged for this? With all the rain in the past many weeks, we have not had an opportunity to tend to the tree boxes. And we received no notice that the city was planning to cut the grass. We are usually very attentive to our property and the tree boxes, as our neighbors can attest. Thanks for any information you can provide.
