Homeless and kids in parks are not a great combination.

Since this photo was taken the population of homeless has tripled. This is not safe and needs to be addressed asap. I would challenge u to walk by and try to feel safe.

What about it isn't safe? Are the provoking people? Are they threatening harm?

I think they are just waiting for you to offer up your home for them to live?
