Description

Fruit vendors are taking up all of the sidewalk. This vendor had large amount of products, chairs and an umbrella in a heavy stand in the gutter area. I have seen them with larger tables and more product. It seems like a very unsafe place for vendor and the buyer. Pedestrians cannot get past with out exiting into roadway.
