Descrição

The manhole cover in the middle of the intersection clacks when passed over by cars. This has happened in the past because it has a warped cover and/or ring. Probably happening because someone opened the cover and set it wrong. Fix has been a 90 degree turn to cover or replacing the ring gasket in the past. Should be simple.
