It seems that the signal pattern of the traffic light at Concord Ave. and Blanchard St. has changed as of Monday, May 23, 2016. The green light duration for southbound traffic on Blanchard is much shorter now, leading to long backups past the commuter rail at rush hour times. The old signal pattern seemed to move traffic through that intersection more efficiently. Please consider restoring the old pattern. Thank you!
