Wait a minute, this is in Alameda? SeeClickFix is for Oakland problems. Alameda is not part of Oakland.

It's Oakland, there's a glitch in the map system it incorrectly marks this area as Alameda sometimes.

@ Chester Henry III - Thank you. I did not know that. (I was surprised that dumped garbage would be left for more than 24 hours in Alameda, where officials have so many fewer problems to deal with.)

This is a prime garbage dumping area..... it can sit for weeks!
