I will inspect this property tomorrow and post the results . Thank you for your vigilance. The City of Everett Code Enforcement takes these matters seriously and will work to resolve all issues at this property in a timely manner .

I have inspected this property today between 10 AM and 10:30 AM and found several code violations and state sanitary code violations. the structure in the backyard is illegal and needs to be removed it will be handled by the city of Everett Building Dept . Letters will be sent to the owners and fines have been issued . there are several issues inside the house which will require the fire department to inspect. We also found several names on the mailbox iand will be investigating overcrowding or a illegal rooming house . The unregistered vehicle in the driveway will also be ordered to be moved. I will keep this site updated on the progress we make. Once again thank you for your attention to this blighted property.

The favella is closed. The structure has been removed and a new fence has been installed . I am closing this complaint.
