Description

This shrubbery in front of the tower on old west main makes it difficult to walk safely on the sidewalk here. Since this building is for elderly and people with disabilities, the sidewalk needs to be clear of shrubs. A wheelchair could not make it through this area. A lot of pedestrians use this road as a short cut. So do cars. : /
