This is so sad and pathetic. I would not be surprised if they teenagers who consistently and daily hang out in the 4100 block of 3rd Avenue South, are responsible for this hateful language and desecration of the new sidewalk.
I am so sorry that this happened and I wish that something could be done by the police to deal with this group of teens who are always starting something.
