Whoa, some dude is destroying public phones? Anyone know where he got them? I haven't seen one in years, and I've looked. BTW, the City has several HUGE lots nearby, under the freeway, fenced all the way around. It would be SO SIMPLE to convert those to camp sites for the homeless to use. So simple that even our city council could probably figure it out. Maybe.

I'm waiting for the day they figure it out, I just want them to try something. Doing nothing isn't working..

Yeah, I was as surprised as anyone to see him throwing a public phone around, but it was unmistakably a pay phone. Where's he getting ATM machines? Seems like the type of item that gets noticed when it goes missing.
