The City of Huntsville's Grass and Weed ordinance only requires the cutting of grass or weeds over 8 inches in height and consume an abundance of the yard. We cannot require the trimming of bushes, shrubs, bamboo, ornamentals, ivy or trees away from fence rows. Thank you for contacting us

Do you think you can spray round up grass and weed killer. It is a eye sore for me in my back yard. It belong to the property that that put the fence up incorrectly. Thank you.
