It his is my address but house posted is across the street. This has been written up twice. House was moved to this location August 2015!!! Really about time for someone to take some action. Thanks

This is screwed up. The codes department form attached has my name and address listed. The pictured house is across 9th ave n from my house. Sounds like this is getting to be a real snafu.
Mr. Weiinsheimer, I apologize for the error. We go by the address the user gives us. I have sent the photo to the investigator to go out and look at. Do you know what the address of the house in question is? Thank you for your help. Ellen
