Still in bad condition and has been for yrs

This year (within the next few weeks), CT Water will be installing new water mains from one end of Merline to the other. Because the repairs to the road need a year to settle, Merline Drive is on the paving schedule for 2017.

Guess I won't be using Merline for a year

I'm sorry! It does sound like it's going to go from bad to worse. On the bright side, next year Merline will be looking great! As no further action is required on this, I'm going to close this out.
