Description

Pipe that used to house a street light (that's been removed) is uncovered and a child twisted their ankle falling into it. On the boulevard. Very dangerous!!

We had one of our Electricians check on this, and it is actually a water shut off, not an old street light place. I will go ahead and refer this complaint to St. Paul Regional Water Services for repair.
