Road sensor inoperable.

Vehicles traveling straight from Lowes parking lot to Hudson Grille do not get a light.

Sat several minutes. Crosswalk for walking along Hwy 9 cycled several times, but stop light to travel across HWY 9 did not cycle until vehicles leaving Hudson Grill arrived.

Light cycled quickly when leaving Hudson Grill to turn South on Hwy 9.
