Among the above mentioned issues, the tenants/occupants/owners fix vehicles on public right of ways. There is a lot of oil spilt on the blacktop from poor vehicle condition and or irresponsible care of waste.

The occupants/tenants/owners speed recklessly through the neighborhood in addition to sever neglect of property.

Urine smell from garage/yard is still over powering. Raccoons are believed to be living in garage now. Junk has been moved to a giant pile in side yard. Mattress removed from window and replaced with plastic wrap, balloons, and note telling neighbors how awful they are and that homeowners "keep to themselves". Have asked other neighbors for money, and to borrow their cars. Unregistered car still in driveway. While repairing van last week in road, it ignited on fire and fire department had to respond.

Nothing will change with this family. Putting up a fence and never opening our windows looks to be our best option.
