Description

The owner of 3113 east broad street has put in a planting bed that encroaches on the alley behind 3113. A picture is attached. The owner has repeatedly told me that she owns the property behind her lot that is currently an alley. I know this is not correct as I have downloaded the property description for the lot and it does not include the ally. she has also told me that someone from the city has told her that she owns the alley. Someone from the city needs to get involved to get this matter straightened out.
