This is CONSTANT-- obviously the people crossing to cambridge from rte 2 east DONT UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT of a RED LIGHT Or
blocking an intersection. YOU NEED TO TICKET THESE PEOPLE because they are CONSTANTLY blocking the intersections.
