Description

Water main cap on Fawcett Street in northbound lane by SSA building (about 200 ft from Concord Avenue) is busted. It flips over when it is driven on and stays flipped over, busting bike and maybe even car tires. I’ve reset it a few times and it always flips back over. For CWD. Thanks!
