Description

DUE TO SOUTHERN BLVD MAINT WORK, WITCHDUCK WAS CUT ACCROSS N & S LANES. THE "PATCHES" USED HAVE LEFT EITHER A BUMP (UP) OR A POT (DWN), JUST GOT THE ROAD ALL NICE AND SMOOTH AND THE CONTRACTOR LEFT A MESS. WHO IS MONITORING CONTRACT WORK?
