There have been fliers on the street about it for a week, and it's been smelling slighly for longer than that. (It's easiest to pick up at night or in the early morning, when cars are going down the street.) It's clearly not a big enough issue for NSTAR/whomever to respond like it's an emergency.

So how do we actually get it fixed?
