Backyard - old above ground pool full of green murky water and mosquitos. Numerous containers full of murky water. Grass 2 to 3' high, trash, equipment, torn up gazebo, debris everywhere. Rats coming under neighboring fences. Mosquito's getting so bad it is hard to sit in neighboring backyards.
