Thank you for reaching out to us! We want to apologize for all the problems with the electric vehicle(EV) charger; we have struggled with this one. After getting the screen repaired there were other issues and we found it is no longer serviceable. This model was discontinued shortly after it was donated to the City. We are in the process of finding a replacement and want the same level charger. We are looking at a couple and hope to have one in place soon. We appreciate your patience and do apologize that the charger has been off line for so long.
