Description

I don't know who approved ROAD WORK on Collins and 89 avenue but they need to be FIRED. A road work crew shows up at 9PM EVERY NIGHT for the past week and make so much noise with all the drilling and machine work that even with IMPACT NOISE REDUCTION WINDOWS I can't sleep. I can't even imagine what others are going through. One of my neighbors has to go sleep in a family members house. The NOISE is so loud and it goes on from 9PM to about 2-3am. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! My building shakes all night too!
THIS IS NOT IN ACCORDANCE TO THE NOISE ORDINANCE I JUST READ IN YOUR MONTHLY FLYER! IT NEEDS TO STOP ASAP!
