Is construction now occurring on Saturdays of the park? Workers are hammering away. We’ve lived through the Bal Harbor garage and houses and need a break.

There are no buoys to avoid boatscoming to close to the beach from the four seasons until probably 80th St.

The rope on the walking path is broken

Public beach access water shower won’t turn off. Water keeps running

The beach is filthy with human garbage. Needles , pill bottles, shoes,plastic chunks, and onward along the waters. Pleasedo a sweep before someone gets hurts and it all ends up polluting our water

The upper and lower beach paths need hardening, especially between 87 Terrace (the South end of Town) and 90 Street. The loose sand makes it difficult to push strollers and wheelchairs. I was hoping the Town would resolve this issue by now on its own but it appears that town workers, who see this while they ride or sit in their town vehicles (ATV/UTV), are not addressing it. Please resolve this problem. Thank you.

The walking path is eroded, and people are tripping.

Is this ok to live in front of the house for the city to pick up and dispose? It’s been there for a few days now. I thought it was owners responsibility to dispose. Is that something the city pick up? So I won’t pay extra for my gardeners anymore. Please let me know.

Needs to be changed in both corners on Collins east side at fourseasons to avoid flooding.
