Description

The owner at this home does not take care of his yard. He has not mowed this year, and his lawn is at least 20 inches long. His roof is rotting as well.

Code Compliance sent a letter to the property owner on May 9th. The owner has seven days to comply and Code Compliance will recheck the property at the end of the seven days. If it has not been complied with the City will have their contractor clean up the site and the owner will be billed for the work.

This is a constant eyesore. There is still a huge pile of brush in the carport. It has been there more than a year. Homeowner never does anything until a letter is sent from the city. You can barely see the house. The shrubs & bushes cover most of the windows.
