The eastbound bicycle lane on MacArthur blvd between Grand Ave and Lakeshore Ave has remained unfinished for many months, with the planned green lanes at each of the right turn lane entrances and exits, as well as the bicycle stencils left unpainted. Please look into this and have this project completed at the earliest opportunity. Thank you in advance for your attention.
