We have investigated this issue and cannot find the problem you identified. The problem is still there. If you are going on Inglehurst Drive it is just before Townmeade. Someone tripped over the hole and got injured.

Unlike any other map app, SCF does not determine location from the written address; the map pointer must be relocated by hand to the correct place. PLEASE do this so that folks who reside downtown, like myself, will not continue to receive your complaint about a problem over on the Durham County line.

Hi Fritz. I am happy to move it but when I click and drag, only the map moves not the pointer. Any suggestions?

David, the pointer has to be properly set when the initial complaint is filed, I suppose to prevent tampering, so my suggestion would be to file a new complaint with the pointer correctly positioned. Thanks for trying and best wishes for success.
