Will Public Works Dept. pass these reports-- documenting trucks coming down Bowdoin Street--to the Licensing Commission? Trucks not supposed to use the driveway per the Licensing Commission, and no deliveries allowed in the City prior to 7 am! Who will enforce this?

Pursuant to G. L. c. 111, § 31A, trash pick up in commercial zones can happen at any time. This is a commercial zone. However, we are forwarding the matter to ISD/zoning to verify whether this zone is exempt from that provision based on agreements with ISD/zoning.
