The sidewalk us heaved so bad it destroyed the curb.... tired of not being able to park car in driveway...

Who ever from town reads this please tell me where I am going to send the bill to to fix my vehicles? Pretty bad when you can't let end use your driveway cause it causes lots of damage due to horrendous sidewalk heaves

Now this is getting ridiculous... I have called state they say it's town. So I then call town 3 times to be told someone will contact me... they haven't. Simple phone call may work to if you fixing this... or do I need to fix it myself???????
