3111 E. Broad Street continues to be a nuisance.

The grass is currently overgrown and needs to be cut.

There is no decking on the front porch and the porch structural members are hanging on by threads of wood. There are numerous broken windows on both the front and the back of the house. There is an opening into the crawl space in the front of the house that is wide open. No doubt animals are going in and out of the house.

I have reported this house to the city numerous times yet nothing ever seems to happen to correct the situation. The response is constantly that there is an ongoing investigation. How many years is it going to take to get the city to take actions on obvious code violation?
