Over the last 18-24 months the streetlight at this particular corner does the "10 seconds on, 1 minute off" routine.

I thought someone would've noticed and reported it before now. I live a few blocks away, and when I walk by that light every several nights I see it remains untouched. During my next trek down 42nd street I hope to see it operating correctly.
