Northbound Clay Street before San Pablo Ave/17th Street, the traffic signal does not detect bicycles in the right turn lane. This was confirmed tonight at 11:40pm while I waited in the center of the lane behind the crosswalk, on top of where the detector stencil used to be before it was paved over last year (please also replace this stencil, thanks!).
