Description

Piles of trash, wood, etc. that is on the curbside. NOT on Cal Trans property. Only the mattress reported earlier in a separate report is on Cal Trans property. This dumping was reported earlier but was referred by mistake to Cal Trans by Public Works. This dumping is actually on city property and needs to be picked up by PW.
