This property has had an ongoing issue with trash and debris as well as overgrown weeds and bushes on the property. They have had violations in the that didn't seem to work. This property is known as Club Empire and Club Vanity.

So we should assume the problem is resolved? The trash has been cleaned up? Seems unlikely that was accomplished in the three hours this ticket was open. Also, what exactly is IPS? Should the citizens of Houston know what the statement "SR was closed in IPS" means? Perhaps more readable responses would be helpful.
In any case, I'm looking forward to walking by this area this afternoon and seeing that this problem is completely resolved as we would be led to believe by the response from the city! (yeah...right)
