Description

REPEAT OFFENDER, previously abandoned vehicle last year. according to Police Officer last year owner not from Raleigh, does visit anyone in this neighborhood. Apparently abandons vehicle after getting drunk attending event at PNC. Leaves vehicle for several weeks without moving.
