To whom it may concern,

This has been a HUGE issue over the years and seems like I report this multiple times to you through the year of this issue. You have sent workers with a BACKHOE once before but this is issue as stated by previous workers you sent that need to fix with the tunnels entrances to prevent all the clogging of the MAIN Storm Drain on 401s Fayetteville rd.

What happens is the storm drain runs from old Stage road all the way down to the business here and brings all the debris that clogs up the Huge Storm drain after every good pour down of rain. It causes the whole left side of the land to flood and also flood the entrance to of the driveway to our business. Causing it impossible sometimes to leave or enter the business.

I have attached pictures to this email and I hope this is forwarded to who can handle this issue and get back to us with a reply or solution. I greatly appreciate it if I can get a response to this matter. Thanks Again
