Is there a plan to mulch around the trees and park benches this year? The areas around the trees are just dirt and rocks. The area around the park benches is just dirt which quickly turns into mud. In addition, there are several areas where trees have died, have been chopped down and now there are just big empty circles. Please help Presidential Park look nicer. It really could look so much better with just some extra care. Perhaps a checklist could be incorporated so the park is better maintained.
