Repeat issue of Issue ID: 2208899
Issue was resolved and now has resurfaced
change in the traffic light pattern for the intersection of Washington st and Highland St. At times in the morning commute between 630 and 7AM EST the traffic on Washington street can be backed up as far as the Holliston post office

Took close to 10 minutes to get through intersection
