Description
There has been cones set-up to close off parking on the corner of Henry and Franklin for over a month now. There is never any construction activity going on here. Nor is there any permit posted for the closed off area in the parking spaces. These cones force traffic to left side of the street. The no parking sign on Franklin was run over about a year ago and never replaced. What is left of it has been propped up against a tree. Now cars park all the way to the corner and traffic leaving Henry cannot see these oncoming cars on Franklin. This is a very dangerous situation and will cause an accident. It would be great to either remove the cones or replace the sign. Preferably both.
