I understand to address the issue at hand that you have re categorized this from Open and Vacant to an Overgrown Lot... The fact of the matter is this issue is BOTH. It is overgrown as the house is vacant and has been that way for 6+ months. There is a reason that this ticket was submitted under BOTH Open and Vacant and Overgrown.
