Google Maps' street view [ https://goo.gl/maps/LFjg5pzHpPD2 ] clearly shows a USPS mail box standing in front of 203 and 207 Fort Road (surrounded by a city sidewalk FILLED with multi-colored graffiti). "Fort Road" in St. Paul is also known as West Seventh Street. It shouldn't be too hard to find.
