Description
The properties at 35 and 37 Tuttle St. share a stockade fence with no posts that is leaning up against an old chain link fence. 37 Tuttle has siding that melted from a fire years ago and remains. These are all visible to the thousands of cars who pass through our city daily on American Legion Highway.

Hello
Just as it is illegal in Revere to have old cars, mattresses or other trash scattered throughout our yards and driveways, it would seem logical that having a property with a rickety fence leaning and about to fall over and crush someone as well as the eyesore of a house with melted siding in plain view would also be a violation of safety and sanitary codes. I feel very strongly that, in light of recent efforts to "clean up our city", and make Revere beautiful and safe that allowing such conditions to exist (especially the potentially hazardous fence) is inexcusable. Please consider re-evaluating this property with an eye toward the city Revere WANTS to be--beautiful and SAFE, not a low-rent, run-down slum.
P. S. I should wonder what OTHER violations might exist in a house with burned and melted siding. Perhaps Chief Fire Inspector Maniff ought to be involved....
