As posted in the Kindercare pothole link.
"This area is within The Avalon Development and therefore maintained by a private contractor under their direction. "
Try calling the management company to speed up the process. The Homeowners Association has no control over getting it fixed. IT is a common road shared with the Avalon Development and they need to fix it.
You should spend more time doing that and less time shoving flyers in my mailbox about a pothole and yoga classes you charge people for and run out of your house.

The board has been in contact with Avalon and it was suppose to be resolved this week. We will contact them again and get it fixed. If you have an issues with the neighborhood, please contact one of the board members. Thank you.
