For an area on the water, known to harbour iguanas, crocodiles, crabs, and worst of all water snakes, it is dangerous to have this area frequented by families and pet owners grow up to you knee before getting mowed. It is in fact rainy season, and scheduling of lawn maintenance should be adjusted accordingly. Grassy areas such as this should not be over ankle height for safety reasons listed above.
